filled in on your computer and printed or can be printed and filled in
by hand.

| New members pay $5.00 per family/individual to join RTUC. Yearly renewal for all RTUC families/individuals is $5 (Unimoney) or $10 (check or cash) and the form below which are due each year before participating in their first event of the calendar year. |

| RTUC families and individuals must also have a current USA Membership. All members of the family who participate in RTUC activities should be listed as USA members to be covered under USA insurance. |

Pay with UniMoney entirely or in combination with
UniMoney and cash or UniMoney and a check.
If you are using UniMoney for USA renewal, you must
give the USA application and payment to Carol Brichford, and checks
with UniMoney must be made out to RTUC.
