These forms can be
filled in on your computer and printed or can be printed and filled in
by hand.

| All RTUC families must turn in a $5.00 renewal fee and form before participating in their first event of the calendar year. |

Membership/Renewal Form  |
| RTUC families must also have a current USA Membership. All members of the family who participate in RTUC activities should be listed as USA members to be covered under USA insurance. |

Pay with UniMoney entirely or in combination with
UniMoney and cash or UniMoney and a check.
If you are using UniMoney for USA renewal, you must
give the USA application and payment to Carol Brichford, and checks
with UniMoney must be made out to RTUC.
