The Redford Township Unicycle Club, Inc. offers a weekly session of beginning unicycling lessons each year. The 2023 Lesson session ended March 4.

WHEN are lessons usually held: Saturday mornings in January, February and March.
WHERE: The location is subject to gym availability. The last few years lessons have been held in Garden City, Michigan.
COST in 2023 was: $50.00 for the first family member, and $30.00 for each additional family member living at the same address. This cost covers a weekly session of lessons (8 weeks), graduation brunch, and use of a unicycle during class time if the rider doesn’t have his/her own.
Do I need to OWN a unicycle to take the lessons? No, RTUC will provide you with a unicycle during the class time if you do not have your own.
Additional Important info: If you are planning on the purchase of a unicycle, please talk to an RTUC member for some advice or see our Recommendations page. The construction of some unicycles makes them more difficult to ride.

Each Saturday the regular practice of the Redford Township Unicycle Club takes place from before and/or after class. Class members and their families are invited to stay and observe.
